Originally hailing from the vibrant Mississippi Delta, I have a deep appreciation for the rich culture, music, and culinary delights that region has to offer. 

After earning my business degree with a focus on marketing from the University of Ole Miss, I embarked on a journey that led me to Columbus, OH. In Columbus, I honed my skills in sales at Verizon, consistently achieving the prestigious Winner's Circle recognition, ranking in the top 1% multiple times. 

Transitioning to business sales as a Business Account Executive, I specialized in crafting compelling proposals and responding to RFPs. 

 Currently, I run the Father Factor program, where I work with fathers, particularly those who are incarcerated, to empower them, ultimately strengthening families and communities. 

 Outside of work, my world revolves around my two wonderful children, a boy and a girl, who continually inspire me, along with our beloved dog, Sparkle.
